I don’t have one specific topic to write about this week. That’s probably the best time to dump my thoughts there.

What have I been up to?

I don’t get marathons.

One of my friends finished a 10k marathon today. It’s her first time, I am super happy for her.

I run too, and it made me think, why didn’t I ever do marathons?

The most rational answer I could give is I get the social side of the event. It’s probably one of the core memories of life when you do it for the first time.

There’s so much social pressure on Twitter to run a marathon, but I never associate sports with a lifestyle showcase. My background in professional sport doesn’t allow me to.

If at all I choose to run a marathon, it will be about two things. Preparation and Location. I definitely don’t want to run in a random location. I prefer close to nature. If not, in a happening city. Mostly I will enjoy the process. The diet, runs, routines, and discipline. I love short-term goals and wins. Maybe someday.

Should I start writing book spin-offs?

I want to read a lot of books but I am just not making time for it. So I did the most obvious thing that makes it easier for me to read books: Content Creation.

Maybe I should write about books. Especially considering you like my recommendations.

I won't be doing book reviews. It will be a spin-off or adding perspectives to the books’ knowledge.

If there are like 10 quotes, theories, or theses that I like from a book, I will mention them and share my perspectives.

It not only allows me to read and revise, but also acts as a thought exercise to introspect on where I stand with the book’s opinions.

I should write jokes

Is there a good course to learn humour writing? I don’t know. I just want to learn. I am good at commenting/reacting humourously, but I can’t write a joke from scratch. It’s a skill I wish to use.

But first, I should finish my sketching course. There’s way too much backlog.

See ya!
